I was asked to fill in a few gaps for the sake of completeness but there is nothing much to shout 
about regarding the quality here. As usual it is what it is.

From a technical point of view the volume was all over the place and I have 
boosted a little in places, applied a tiny noise reduction and balanced channels where necessary.
